Chloé IT Domain Manager

- Manage the IT domain for Supply, Production, and Traceability, including associated solutions such as SAP, Anaplan, and EPL.
- Serve as a backup for the Business Master Data Manager on SAP reference data and PLM.
- Lead and execute projects from study to deployment and closure.
- Gather and analyze business evolution needs, estimating costs and planning actions.
- Prioritize, oversee, and monitor developments with dedicated partners.
- Ensure reliable support with ad hoc configuration during collection periods, implement appropriate maintenance levels, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Anticipate new business and technical needs, proposing innovative technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams to define and document end-to-end processes for collection development and production.
- Encourage digital innovation, conduct technological watch, and organize 'Proof of Concept' initiatives.
- Align solutions with the Group's strategy.
- Ensure effective internal controls management, including change management and access validation.
- Senior experience (5 to 10 years).
- Significant experience in the fashion sector, either within an IT department or as a key user or project manager, or through consulting missions.
- Strong experience with SAP (MM and MDM modules, some knowledge of LE), ideally SAP S/4, in a fashion environment.
- Proven project management experience.
- Experience with a PLM tool in a fashion environment is a plus.

5 to 10 years of senior experience in the fashion sector, with strong SAP expertise and project management skills.
