1. Monitor, report, and analyze headcount and payroll for headquarters and regions.
2. Prepare and revise payroll budgets, including budget construction and process calendar management.
3. Produce mandatory social reports such as social balance sheets and gender equality indexes.
4. Support ad hoc queries, analyses, and report preparation for negotiations with social partners.
5. Analyze key global HR KPIs such as turnover, mobility rates, and absenteeism.
6. Produce monthly social provisions at each closure.
7. Oversee the clothing allowance process.
8. Participate in implementing the workforce and personnel expense tracking module on Workday Adaptive.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Human Resources.
2. 2-5 years of experience in HR Controlling or Financial Controlling.

1. Strong service orientation and adaptability to respond to multiple requests.
2. Proactive with the ability to work in a demanding environment.
3. Comfortable with numbers and capable of liaising with finance.
4. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
5. Organized, structured, and process-oriented.
6. Proficient in Excel and presentation tools.
7. Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
8. Team spirit, flexibility, and initiative.
9. Fluent in English.

2-5 years of experience in HR Controlling or Financial Controlling.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Human Resources.
