Chloé Head of Product Development

- Lead the coordination of the Product Development department for ready-to-wear items, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Oversee the industrialization and production processes for blouses, dresses, tailoring, trousers, and outerwear.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as production, development, and style, as well as external suppliers and manufacturers.
- Guide and manage the Product Development team, setting objectives and ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Participate actively in pre-industrialization studies and pricing discussions.
- Ensure the accuracy and update of technical specifications and nomenclatures for pricing and production.
- Monitor the entire production process from pricing to fittings and final production approval.
- Manage the budget for the Product Development department, including fabric and component orders.
- Frequent travel to partner factories to maintain relationships and oversee production processes.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within high-end and luxury ready-to-wear fashion.
- Advanced degree in Fashion, Art, Design, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in pattern making and industrial assembly techniques.
- Strong coordination skills to achieve objectives within technical, quality, and timing constraints.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach, organize, and work autonomously.
- Proficiency in PLM Centric, Microsoft Office Suite, Illustrator, and KALEDO.
- Fluency in technical English is mandatory; Italian is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years in a comparable position within the high-end and luxury ready-to-wear sector is required.
Advanced degree in Fashion, Art, Design, or a related technical field.
