Chloé Global Client Director

- Design and implement the vision for client relations and development, ensuring a unique and memorable client experience across all touchpoints.
- Ensure service excellence in stores and support its implementation across the network.
- Drive client satisfaction, Net Promoter Score (NPS), retention, new business growth, and profitable turnovers.
- Develop and maintain client experience mapping, enriching it with diverse client profiles and paths.
- Coordinate hospitality tools and uniforms, manage the VIC showroom, and create new client experiences.
- Ensure consistent execution of communications and experiences delivered to clients through various channels.
- Provide insights on client profiling, share monthly business client trend updates, and monitor client data.
- Ensure data integrity in CRM systems, manage CRM tools, and ensure compliance with data collection and usage.
- Design and lead the worldwide VIC program, focusing on acquisition, retention, and client knowledge.
- Promote a client-centric culture within the organization.
- Director level experience with the ability to define organizational roles and responsibilities.
- Experience in building and growing a team of talents and ensuring a proper talent pipeline.
- Experience in managing managers and leading a department.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and act decisively.
