- Lead and develop the Gaisho business in alignment with Chloé's strategic goals.
- Sustain and grow a healthy Gaisho customer base to ensure business sustainability and growth.
- Execute business plans through cross-functional collaboration to maximize Gaisho sales.
- Organize, direct, and coordinate Gaisho relations activities in collaboration with the CRM team.
- Manage and execute regular and ad-hoc Gaisho loyalty actions, including customer data handling and vendor management.
- Coordinate Gaisho activities with other teams and departments, including Boutiques, Retail, Marketing, and PR.
- Negotiate with department stores to secure optimal space for Gaisho events.
- Manage projects for new Gaisho customer recruitment in collaboration with department stores.
- Share information related to Gaisho activities and strategies with boutiques through internal platforms.
- Analyze results of Gaisho-related events and propose future recommendations.
- Lead the Gaisho treatment strategy across departments and create customized treatment plans.
- Guide and train Chloé staff to generate new ideas for Gaisho activities and acquire top clients.
- Promote Chloé's values in department stores and mentor staff to expand the Gaisho business.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing & Communications to develop appropriate communication channels and environments.
- Over 2 years of experience in Gaisho activities within the luxury fashion industry.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese; business-level English is advantageous.
