1. Monitor and manage HR OPEX (payroll) with regular operational entries.
2. Execute necessary accounting and analytical reclassifications.
3. Determine and account for necessary provisions and reversals at month-end.
4. Analyze and explain key variances against budget, forecasts, and prior year.
5. Oversee costs associated with digital projects.
6. Control CSR data for quarterly CSR reporting.
7. Load and update retail/wholesale prices in SAP during showrooms.

1. Degree from a Business School or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a management control department or audit firm, with fashion/luxury or distribution experience as a plus.

1. Analytical and synthesis skills, adaptability, flexibility, and responsiveness.
2. Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
3. Strong business acumen and result-oriented approach.
4. Fluency in written and spoken English.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Comfortable with IT tools and accounting knowledge.
7. Proficiency in a financial management ERP, with SAP as a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in a management control department or audit firm, ideally within the fashion/luxury or distribution sectors.

Degree from a Business School or equivalent.
