Chloé Financial Controller

- Oversee financial controlling of global Advertising & Promotion (A&P) expenditures for Chloé.
- Monitor structural costs for the headquarters entity, specifically for Commercial and Communication teams.
- Control communication costs within the Chloé Group.
- Collaborate with the Communication team and regional offices for monthly closures.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities, recommending corrective action plans.
- Establish budgets, annual forecasts, and track monthly risks and opportunities.
- Ensure regular monitoring of operational entries.
- Execute necessary accounting and analytical reclassifications.
- Determine and reverse necessary provisions at month-end.
- Analyze and explain key variances against budget, forecasts, and previous year.
- Produce reports for the Executive Committee analyzing monthly actual data.
- Support operational teams in budget and forecast preparation.
- Promote financial rigor among non-financial stakeholders.
- Understand operational challenges and provide solutions.
- Foster close relationships with stakeholders in France and internationally.
- Degree from a Business School or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in management control or audit with international clients in fashion/luxury or retail sectors.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and reactivity.
- Rigor, autonomy, and organization.
- Strong business acumen in the fashion sector.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with financial management ERP systems, SAP preferred.
A minimum of 5 years in management control or audit, preferably within the fashion, luxury, or retail sectors, with a strong understanding of seasonal product cycles.
Degree from a Business School or equivalent.
