1. Oversee financial controlling of global Advertising & Promotion (A&P) expenditures for Chloé.
2. Monitor structural costs for the headquarters entity, specifically for Commercial and Communication teams.
3. Control communication costs within the Chloé Group.
4. Collaborate with the Communication team and regional offices for monthly closures.
5. Identify potential risks and opportunities, recommending corrective action plans.
6. Establish budgets, annual forecasts, and track monthly risks and opportunities.
7. Ensure regular monitoring of operational entries.
8. Execute necessary accounting and analytical reclassifications.
9. Determine and reverse necessary provisions at month-end.
10. Analyze and explain key variances against budget, forecasts, and previous year.
11. Produce reports for the Executive Committee analyzing monthly actual data.
12. Support operational teams in budget and forecast preparation.
13. Promote financial rigor among non-financial stakeholders.
14. Understand operational challenges and provide solutions.
15. Foster close relationships with stakeholders in France and internationally.

1. Degree from a Business School or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in management control or audit with international clients in fashion/luxury or retail sectors.

4. Strong business acumen in the fashion sector.
5. Excellent written and spoken English.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Proficiency with financial management ERP systems, SAP preferred.

A minimum of 5 years in management control or audit, preferably within the fashion, luxury, or retail sectors, with a strong understanding of seasonal product cycles.

Degree from a Business School or equivalent.
