1. Oversee the maintenance and operation of on-site equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during installation, inspection, and maintenance.
2. Perform minor maintenance tasks in the absence of the Facilities Manager.
3. Develop and manage budget forecasts for maintenance projects.
4. Monitor and maintain tracking systems for energy, waste, water, and other resources.
5. Ensure adherence to CSR project guidelines, striving for enhanced performance.
6. Manage and track inventory in storage facilities, including entry/exit, inventory, and coding.
7. Coordinate with service providers on contract terms, renewals, quotations, and billing.
8. Organize and plan on-site activities such as events and relocations.
9. Manage the department's shared email inbox for defined topics.
10. Conduct regular inspections of premises, at least once a week.
11. Ensure compliance with regulatory controls and implement necessary actions.
12. Liaise with landlords and their Facilities Managers for maintenance requests and relations.
13. Oversee supply management.
14. Manage the vehicle fleet, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with garages.
15. Lead the Facilities Management team.

1. 5-7 years of operational experience with a strong service orientation.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong organizational, meticulous, and reliable nature.

5-7 years in an operational role with a focus on service excellence.
