Chloé E-commerce Webmaster Assistant

- Develop an impactful customer journey on chloe.com using CMS (front-end).
- Manage content contributions on chloe.com via WordPress, including integration and maintenance of homepages, page layouts, and sustainability sections.
- Collaborate on digital projects with Innovation and Text teams for new site version launches, including retro-planning, catalog setup coordination, and testing.
- Propose content mapping aligned with the e-commerce content strategy.
- Optimize online content and conduct ongoing testing to enhance user experience.
- Conduct digital competitive analysis on brand sites and e-retailers, and prepare strategic presentations for management.
- Support the operational follow-up of the commercial activation calendar.
- Assist in preparing briefs for copywriters, graphic designers, and translators in collaboration with the Visual & Text coordinator.
- Coordinate and support the entire production chain of commercial activations and assist in tracking through dedicated reporting tools.
- Create and continuously update process books and guidelines for internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English.
- Mandatory knowledge of CMS, particularly WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous.
- Strong writing skills, visual sensitivity, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools is a plus.
- Interest in fashion and luxury industries.
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar e-commerce role is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
