1. Coordinate the scoping, development, and testing of all e-commerce projects aligned with the technical roadmap.
2. Manage the e-commerce technical roadmap, including milestones and deadlines.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external resources throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales, reduce expenses, and improve customer experience.
5. Work cross-functionally to gather requirements, customer feedback, and communicate priorities.
6. Analyze metrics to evaluate project performance.
7. Manage omnichannel projects to ensure excellent customer service, adherence to standard operating procedures, and efficient task completion.
8. Design, build, and implement new omnichannel initiatives across cross-functional teams.
9. Manage updates for boutiques on store locator, Google My Business, and omnichannel tools.

1. Experience as a Product Owner working closely with technical development teams using Agile methodologies.
2. Proven ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment.

1. Strong e-commerce and digital skills, preferably within the retail and fashion industry.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proactive, team-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Data analysis skills (Google Analytics, ContentSquare) are a plus.

Experience in e-commerce and digital roles, particularly within the retail and fashion industry, is required.
