Chloé E-Commerce Operations Specialist

- Oversee daily e-commerce operations in collaboration with the HQ Digital team, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Partner with Richemont Logistics, warehouse, and CRC to monitor SLAs and resolve order anomalies or shipping constraints.
- Manage return logistics, RTV processes, and return stock integration.
- Track and report on fulfillment KPIs such as delivery lead times, error rates, and return turnaround time.
- Create operational reports and forecasts to identify and address operational pain points.
- Support daily CRC operational requests, including shipping delays and prioritization of orders.
- Manage packaging inventory, including demand forecasting and order submission.
- Oversee licenses categories such as Kids, Fragrances, and Sunglasses in collaboration with the HQ Digital team.
- Support e-commerce internalization and Marketplace roadmap.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related role, preferably within luxury or high-end retail environments.
- Experience with tools such as SAP, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team, take initiative, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a related operational role, ideally within luxury or high-end retail environments.
Expected salary range: $80k-$95k, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
