1. Develop and implement customer loyalty initiatives, including email campaigns, client gifts, events, and VIP treatments.
2. Coordinate CRM activities with boutiques, retail, marketing, PR, and HQ teams.
3. Collaborate with the global team to update and enhance the CRM application, incorporating Japanese market needs.
4. Analyze CRM event outcomes and propose future improvements.
5. Manage new customer recruitment projects, including partnerships with external entities.
6. Analyze customer data to derive insights and establish key performance indicators for CRM actions.
7. Ensure compliance with Richemont's privacy policy and legal requirements, acting as the primary contact for personal information matters.
8. Lead the enhancement and utilization of Clienteling tools in Japan, providing strategic recommendations for client engagement.
9. Develop and implement client treatment strategies, including gifting and personalized client plans, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

1. Over 2 years of experience in CRM, client engagement, or clienteling within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Experience in client-facing roles.
3. Analytical skills combined with creative thinking and business acumen.
4. Native-level English proficiency and business-level Japanese proficiency.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
