- Develop and implement customer loyalty initiatives, including email campaigns, client gifts, events, and VIP treatments.
- Coordinate CRM activities with boutiques, retail, marketing, PR, and HQ teams.
- Collaborate with the global team to update and enhance the CRM application, incorporating Japanese market needs.
- Analyze CRM event outcomes and propose future improvements.
- Manage new customer recruitment projects, including partnerships with external entities.
- Analyze customer data to derive insights and establish key performance indicators for CRM actions.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont's privacy policy and legal requirements, acting as the primary contact for personal information matters.
- Lead the enhancement and utilization of Clienteling tools in Japan, providing strategic recommendations for client engagement.
- Develop and implement client treatment strategies, including gifting and personalized client plans, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Over 2 years of experience in CRM, client engagement, or clienteling within the luxury fashion industry.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Analytical skills combined with creative thinking and business acumen.
- Native-level English proficiency and business-level Japanese proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
