- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Lead and coordinate the regional CRM Managers community, ensuring alignment with global CRM objectives.
- Define and execute the global CRM activation plan, focusing on segmentation, marketing pressure, topics, and targeting.
- Gather and support local CRM/e-CRM requests from regions, assisting in adaptation and implementation.
- Design new CRM programs aimed at business development and customer retention.
- Oversee the deployment of a new clienteling application, including launch, feature enhancement, training, and support.
- Create and implement CRM campaigns according to the annual calendar, ensuring regional execution quality.
- Manage personalized gifting and attention initiatives, developing new concepts and coordinating with regions.
- Accelerate the implementation of remote sales strategies.
- Organize international VIP client events during Paris Fashion Week, coordinating physical and remote experiences.
- Collaborate with the events team to develop new client experiences and host VIPs at showrooms or archive visits.
- Serve as the key contact for regional CRM Managers, providing daily support and conducting monthly CRM meetings.
- Support regions in improving CRM KPIs.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in CRM, preferably within the fashion and luxury industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Autonomy and proactivity with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management methodology.
