Chloé Client Engagement Assistant Intern

- Contribute to the development of customer knowledge within the company by preparing insightful analyses for all departments.
- Conduct monthly analysis of customer trends across regions and product categories.
- Perform monthly analysis of the 'Voice of Customer,' tracking Net Promoter Score by channel and region, selecting top customer feedback, and monitoring results and closure processes.
- Disseminate qualitative customer feedback post-fashion shows.
- Design and produce direct communication content with clients in collaboration with the communication team.
- Ensure content alignment with the client engagement calendar.
- Coordinate translations with partners and manage asset collection and distribution.
- Support the CRM Project Manager in implementing Chloé Newsletters and clienteling campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Share best practices in client engagement worldwide and conduct competitive analysis on engagement strategies.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing or Communication from a university or business school.
- Ideally, previous experience in retail.
- Interest and curiosity in customer-related topics.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Attention to detail and creativity.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Previous experience in retail is ideal but not mandatory.
Master's degree in Marketing or Communication (in progress).
