1. Assist the Boutique Manager with daily operations of the boutique.
2. Support and implement retail strategies to enhance sales performance.
3. Provide training and coaching to the sales team to ensure high standards of service.
4. Interact with clients and drive performance through effective sales techniques.
5. Maintain a high level of brand image and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.

1. 3+ years of retail supervisory experience in contemporary or luxury fashion.
2. Proficiency in spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
