- Lead the team to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Set and monitor CRM targets for the boutique and individual stylists, implementing strategies to achieve them.
- Coordinate contact campaigns and oversee the use of CRM tools.
- Supervise the client database, with a focus on VIC clients.
- Propose activities to exceed client expectations.
- Lead and supervise sales on the floor to enhance business performance and customer service.
- Ensure full engagement with omnichannel services offered by the Maison.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve business in line with Maison strategy.
- Participate in commercial activities and propose new ideas to enhance business.
- Stay informed about local trading environment and competitor activities.
- Organize team briefings to maintain high motivation levels.
- Conduct individual performance assessments and identify training needs.
- Lead recruitment and induction of team members, ensuring coordination with HR.
- Maintain an impeccable boutique environment and liaise with operations for improvements.
- Manage payroll, expenses, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont policies and standards.
- At least 5 years of retail management experience with a focus on concession business management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Operationally strong with the ability to translate strategies into operational plans.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret selling reports and identify business trends.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
