1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the boutique's sales targets and monitor progress and performance.
2. Manage, develop, and evaluate the boutique team to enhance their skills and performance.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Chloé DNA in service delivery and ensuring its permeation throughout the team.
4. Ensure the provision of high-level customer service.
5. Oversee efficient and effective boutique operations, including front and back-end management and improvement.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including department stores and various partners.
7. Coordinate and negotiate with department stores and act as the primary contact point.
8. Collaborate with internal departments to provide information, proposals, and suggestions.

1. Over 5 years of experience in the apparel industry.
2. Experience within department stores, particularly in-shop, is preferred.
3. Passion for fashion and the ability to embody the Chloé brand image.
4. Ability to devise and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
