1. Serve as a Chloé Maison Ambassador, ensuring each client receives a memorable and personalized experience.
2. Drive the boutique's business by leading the team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
3. Initiate and develop long-term relationships with clients, setting and monitoring CRM targets.
4. Supervise the client database and cultivate relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs).
5. Lead by example on the sales floor to enhance business performance and customer service.
6. Create and implement action plans aligned with the Maison strategy.
7. Organize team briefings to maintain high motivation and conduct performance assessments.
8. Coach team members, identify training needs, and lead individual development plans.
9. Oversee recruitment and induction processes in coordination with HR.
10. Maintain an impeccable boutique environment and ensure adherence to grooming standards.
11. Manage payroll, expenses, and stock while ensuring compliance with Richemont policies.
