1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve shop sales targets and manage performance metrics.
2. Manage, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and growth.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Chloé DNA in service delivery and ensuring its permeation throughout the team.
4. Enhance staff selling skills and provide high-level customer service.
5. Ensure efficient and effective shop operations, including front-of-house and back-office management and improvement.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including department stores and various partners, acting as the primary point of contact for negotiations and collaborations.
7. Coordinate effectively with internal departments to provide information, proposals, and recommendations.

1. Over 5 years of experience in the apparel industry.
2. Experience in department stores, particularly in in-store shops, is preferred.
3. Passion for fashion and the ability to embody the Chloé brand image.
4. Capability to devise and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
