1. Lead the boutique team in developing long-term client relationships and ensuring a personalized customer experience.
2. Set and monitor CRM targets, implement action plans, and manage the client database to cultivate relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs).
3. Drive sales performance and customer service by leading by example on the sales floor and engaging with omnichannel services.
4. Create and implement strategic action plans aligned with Maison strategy, and set retail targets for the boutique and individual stylists.
5. Conduct team briefings, performance assessments, and coaching to maintain high motivation and identify training needs.
6. Lead recruitment and induction processes in coordination with HR, ensuring a positive team spirit and adherence to Chloé's core values.
7. Maintain boutique environment standards, manage payroll, expenses, and stock, and ensure compliance with Richemont policies.
