Chloé Boutique Assistant

- Provide exceptional client service by welcoming and assisting clients upon entry and throughout their boutique experience.
- Support the sales team by managing product runs, wrapping, and client services such as beverage offerings and coat checks.
- Assist in handling service items and coordinating with the service/operations team for repairs.
- Participate in inventory checks and manage merchandise movement, tagging, quality control, and daily counts.
- Ensure daily replenishment and ordering of boutique supplies to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the boutique during opening and closing.
- Prepare and package products for shipment as needed.
- Comply with all Chloé security and operational procedures, supporting audit compliance and sales recognition.
- Develop a deep understanding of Chloé's brand and products to effectively communicate its core values.
- Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and participate in daily store setup and stock replenishment.
- College degree preferred.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is advantageous.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.

Expected hourly range: $18-$22, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
