1. Lead the team in cultivating long-term client relationships and monitor CRM targets.
2. Ensure the effective use of CRM tools and oversee client database management.
3. Supervise sales activities on the floor to enhance business performance and customer service.
4. Engage the team with omnichannel services and provide performance feedback.
5. Assist in analyzing sales figures and co-create action plans to align with maison strategy.
6. Motivate the team to achieve boutique and individual targets.
7. Organize team briefings and maintain high levels of motivation and product knowledge.
8. Support recruitment, induction, and training of team members.
9. Ensure compliance with store management guidelines and Richemont standards.
10. Supervise stock management and boutique operations.
