1. Lead the team in initiating and developing long-term client relationships.
2. Monitor and achieve CRM targets for the boutique and individual stylists.
3. Ensure proper utilization of CRM tools and oversee client database management.
4. Supervise sales activities and enhance business performance and customer service.
5. Engage the team with omnichannel services and provide performance feedback.
6. Assist in analyzing sales figures and co-create action plans aligned with brand strategy.
7. Motivate the team to reach boutique and individual sales targets.
8. Organize team briefings and maintain high levels of motivation and product knowledge.
9. Support recruitment and induction of new team members.
10. Supervise boutique environment and suggest operational improvements.
11. Ensure compliance with Richemont policies and standards.

1. Proven leadership experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analysis.
3. Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.

2. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency in CRM and sales analysis tools.
4. Fluency in Spanish and English.

Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within luxury retail.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
