Assistant Sales Merchandiser

1. Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual sales analyses by region and product line.
2. Monitor key business indicators such as sales, sell-through, and stock coverage.
3. Participate in pre-purchase activities and core-offer development.
4. Prepare purchasing tools, attend showrooms, and gather regional feedback.
5. Manage product end-of-life processes (outlet).
6. Assist in tracking deliveries, optimizing assortments for launches, store openings, and events.
7. Collaborate with various teams: Collection Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Regional Merchandisers, E-commerce.

1. Higher education in business school, fashion, engineering, or university (Bac+4 level).
2. First successful experience in Merchandising and/or Marketing. Experience in leather goods is a plus.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Proactive and meticulous with strong analytical skills.
3. Comfortable with numbers.
4. Strong product sensitivity and understanding of market trends.
5. Fluent in English.

First successful experience in Merchandising and/or Marketing. Experience in leather goods is a plus.
