1. Participate in the research and development of components across all product categories for four annual collections, including pre-collections and runway shows.
2. Ensure the follow-up and reception of research materials.
3. Maintain and update development support materials, including boards, material sheets, PLM sheets, and development tracking tables.
4. Prepare color correspondences for trims and develop new colorways.
5. Oversee the reception of prototypes.
6. Manage orders for press repetitions and special projects.

1. Degree from a fashion school or equivalent higher education institution.

1. Proficiency in PLM, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Strong sensitivity to materials and colors.

Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is preferred.

Degree in Fashion or related field.
