1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the boutique's sales targets and manage performance metrics.
2. Oversee team management, including training, development, and performance evaluation.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Chloé's DNA through exceptional service delivery.
4. Enhance staff selling skills and ensure the provision of high-level customer service.
5. Ensure efficient and effective boutique operations, including front and back-of-house management and improvement.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including department stores and various business partners.
7. Coordinate and negotiate with department stores and serve as the main point of contact.
8. Collaborate effectively with internal departments, providing information, proposals, and recommendations.

1. Over 5 years of experience in the apparel industry.
2. Experience in department store environments is preferred.
3. Passion for fashion and ability to embody the Chloé brand image.
4. Capability to devise and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
