1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve shop sales targets and manage progress and performance.
2. Manage, develop, and evaluate the team.

4. Enhance staff sales skills and deliver high-level service.
5. Efficiently and effectively operate the shop.
6. Manage and improve front and back office operations.
7. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including department stores and various business partners.
8. Coordinate and negotiate with department stores and act as a liaison.
9. Collaborate appropriately with internal departments, providing information and suggestions.

1. Over 5 years of experience in the apparel industry.
2. Experience in department stores is preferred.
3. Passion for fashion.
