1. Organize and lead energizing team briefings to maintain high motivation levels.
2. Ensure team members possess excellent product knowledge and implement necessary training.
3. Shadow sales activities to coach the team and identify individual training needs.
4. Support recruitment and induction processes for new team members.
5. Lead by example, fostering a positive team spirit and embodying Chloé's values of entrepreneurship, togetherness, and creativity.
6. Supervise the boutique environment and team grooming standards.
7. Liaise with team and management to suggest operational improvements.
8. Ensure compliance with store management and sustainability guidelines.
9. Oversee stock management tasks and adherence to Richemont policies.
10. Support the team in developing long-term client relationships and monitor CRM targets.
11. Lead sales activities on the floor to enhance business performance and customer service.
12. Engage the team with omnichannel services and provide feedback on performance.
13. Assist in analyzing sales figures and co-create action plans to improve business.
14. Motivate the team to achieve boutique and individual targets.
15. Participate in commercial activities and propose new business improvement ideas.
16. Stay informed about local trading environment and competitors' activities.

2. Strong understanding of boutique operations and client relationship management.

A minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.

Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
