1. Analyze, manage, and drive all business aspects by client, category, channel, and store.
2. Develop, present, and execute strategic actions to enhance sell-in and sell-out performance.
3. Ensure strategic brand objectives are executed both online and in-store.
4. Manage and negotiate open-to-buy budgets to meet sales targets.
5. Optimize sales and margins through proactive sales and inventory management.
6. Cultivate relationships with buyers, planners, and store leadership to inform strategic actions.
7. Present collections in the market and manage all order processes.
8. Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable as necessary.
9. Oversee dedicated sales staff programs.
10. Ensure a cohesive wholesale business across all channels through internal collaboration.

1. 3+ years of experience in a luxury fashion company or related field.
2. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
5. Passion for exceeding goals and driving business success.
6. Proficiency in analytical skills, including Excel and retail math.
7. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.

Expected salary range: $85K-$100K, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
