1. Ensure the compliance of services provided by the workshop.
2. Define roles and task processing flows to meet requirements.
3. Facilitate follow-up meetings and maintain workshop dashboards.
4. Manage personnel resources in alignment with productivity, quality, capacity, and responsiveness objectives.
5. Oversee team versatility and ensure operational readiness of resources, including maintenance and renewal.
6. Identify process deficiencies and propose solutions.
7. Participate in the annual budget establishment.
8. Monitor the operational budgets of the cost center.
9. Communicate management's messages and strategy effectively.

4. Strong listening and communication abilities.

1. Experience in a similar role, ideally with 5 years as a manager.
2. Proficiency in French.
3. Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office and SAP.
4. General knowledge of watchmaking manufacturing techniques.

A minimum of five years of managerial experience in a similar role is required.
