1. Verify all received goods against purchase specifications and requests to ensure accuracy and quality.
2. Ensure proper authorization of requisition forms and distribute stock using the FIFO method, ensuring items are in good condition and safe.
3. Monitor stock levels, report low-stock items to the purchasing manager in a timely manner, and manage minimum levels to ensure constant availability.
4. Support monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate recording of distribution requests and F&B transfers in the system.
5. Identify slow-moving or soon-to-expire stock, maintain clean and safe storage areas, and contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse role.

1. Proficiency in purchasing systems and applications such as Business Central and basic Excel.
2. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices focused on cost control and quality assurance.
3. Good communication skills in English for effective collaboration with teams and suppliers.
4. Ability to work in a team and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
5. Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail for accurate and efficient store operations.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse role.

High school diploma or equivalent.
