2. Provide information about hotel services and facilities, promptly addressing guest inquiries.
3. Ensure the safe, timely, and accurate transportation of luggage, messages, and personal items.
4. Handle guest vehicles with utmost care and professionalism.
5. Report directly to the Head of Reception.

1. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Valid driver's license with proven driving skills.
