1. Coordinate logistical aspects of training sessions, including registrations, invitations, reminders, and venue arrangements.
2. Maintain administrative records of training, including attendance sheets and updates to the training management system.
3. Manage inventory for training materials and ambassador life activities.
4. Assist in organizing and conducting tours of the Maison for new ambassadors and students.
5. Support the organization and management of internal events such as 'Artisan of the Month,' new arrivals events, ambassador evenings, and recognition events.
6. Oversee the ambassador recognition policy, including milestones such as births, anniversaries, marriages, and tenure.
7. Contribute to the development of the annual events calendar under the supervision of the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
8. Participate in specific projects as requested by the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
9. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues.

1. Pursuing or completed higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing or completed higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management.
