Cheval Blanc Technical Manager

- Oversee the maintenance and operation of the hotel's technical installations.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules and service procedures.
- Collaborate with the Technical Director to define preventive, corrective, and improvement actions.
- Develop and monitor the annual technical service budget, including maintenance work and energy expenditures.
- Work closely with operational departments to ensure high-quality guest services.
- Prepare and manage the specifications and budgets for requested work and services.
- Prioritize interventions to minimize guest disruptions.
- Ensure the quality of maintenance work performed internally or by external companies.
- Manage and monitor all maintenance and service contracts with external companies.
- Respond to guest feedback to implement necessary corrective measures.
- Propose improvements to working conditions and safety for staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, standards, and evacuation protocols.
- Manage the integration, training, and development of new team members.
- Lead, organize, and motivate the Technical team.
- Develop staff competencies to enhance versatility.
- Monitor maintenance activity indicators and management procedures.
- Communicate effectively with all hotel departments.
- Report any abnormal situations concerning safety or accident risks to management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication.
