- Assist the Technical Manager in coordinating and monitoring departmental activities.
- Manage personnel administration in collaboration with Human Resources, including integration, medical visits, scheduling, and attendance tracking.
- Oversee external company interventions, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Handle order management and maintain effective relationships with service providers and suppliers.
- Ensure seamless information flow between the Technical department and other departments.
- Report any abnormal situations related to safety or installations.
- Maintain documentation such as schedules, intervention reports, and orders.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and the reliability of technical data.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or technical environment, preferably in maintenance, purchasing, or administrative coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internal management tools (Bodet, Knowcross, Opera Cloud or equivalents).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Aptitude for drafting and updating technical and administrative documents with precision and clarity.
Minimum 3 years in a luxury hotel or technical environment, ideally within maintenance, purchasing, or administrative coordination.
Diploma equivalent to Bac to Bac+2 in Administrative Management, Assistant Manager, Maintenance, or a related technical field.
Accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals provided during work hours, provided and laundered work attire, transportation costs covered (€100 each way), possibility of bicycle loan (conditions apply), advantageous health insurance, and a passionate team environment.
