- Collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources to ensure robust talent management.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new employees, aligning with company needs.
- Drive recruitment strategy development alongside the HR Director.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Identify recruitment needs and update job profiles in collaboration with department heads.
- Manage candidate sourcing through various channels, including job postings and recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns such as job fairs and dedicated events.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment partners and educational institutions.
- Conduct interviews for all levels of positions, including managerial and non-managerial roles.
- Ensure administrative follow-up of applications until final decision.
- Oversee the selection and approval process of candidates.
- Manage and promote the candidate pool.
- Coordinate hiring processes with the Personnel Administration and Payroll department.
- Adapt Employer Brand initiatives to enhance company attractiveness.
- Implement onboarding and integration programs for new hires.
- Ensure a positive employee experience in onboarding and skill development.
- Monitor annual evaluation and career interview campaigns.
- Contribute to the annual training plan and ensure its implementation.
- Conduct internal training sessions, particularly in induction and recruitment.
- Implement internal mobility and promotion policies, monitoring succession plans.
- Monitor employee recognition programs and cooptation campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to salary budget and report monthly to the HR Director.
- Manage annual recruitment and training budgets.
- Regularly update and communicate recruitment and training statistics.
- Train teams on recruitment/training tools and processes.
- Adapt LVMH Hotel Management initiatives to company needs in training and talent management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment and training processes.
- Ability to manage budgets and report on HR metrics.
- Familiarity with talent management and employee development strategies.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
