1. Collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources to ensure robust talent management.
2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new employees, aligning with company needs.
3. Drive recruitment strategy development alongside the HR Director.
4. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
5. Identify recruitment needs and update job profiles in collaboration with department heads.
6. Manage candidate sourcing through various channels, including job postings and recruitment agencies.
7. Coordinate recruitment campaigns such as job fairs and dedicated events.
8. Maintain relationships with recruitment partners and educational institutions.
9. Conduct interviews for all levels of positions, including managerial and non-managerial roles.
10. Ensure administrative follow-up of applications until final decision.
11. Oversee the selection and approval process of candidates.
12. Manage and promote the candidate pool.
13. Coordinate hiring processes with the Personnel Administration and Payroll department.
14. Adapt Employer Brand initiatives to enhance company attractiveness.
15. Implement onboarding and integration programs for new hires.
16. Ensure a positive employee experience in onboarding and skill development.
17. Monitor annual evaluation and career interview campaigns.
18. Contribute to the annual training plan and ensure its implementation.
19. Conduct internal training sessions, particularly in induction and recruitment.
20. Implement internal mobility and promotion policies, monitoring succession plans.
21. Monitor employee recognition programs and cooptation campaigns.
22. Ensure adherence to salary budget and report monthly to the HR Director.
23. Manage annual recruitment and training budgets.
24. Regularly update and communicate recruitment and training statistics.
25. Train teams on recruitment/training tools and processes.
26. Adapt LVMH Hotel Management initiatives to company needs in training and talent management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.

5. Familiarity with talent management and employee development strategies.
