1. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with job requirements and specifications.
2. Ensure compliance with local regulations throughout the recruitment process.
3. Design job vacancies and announcements to attract top-tier candidates.
4. Conduct timely and cost-effective recruitment using appropriate channels.
5. Support and guide department heads in efficient resort-level recruitment.
6. Plan, coordinate, and conduct local and international recruitment initiatives.
7. Manage post-interview feedback from department heads.
8. Ensure recruitment aligns with approved levels, salaries, and benefits.
9. Facilitate the work permit quota system and application process.
10. Manage contract probationary evaluations and renewal processes.
11. Assist in compiling and updating job descriptions and skill specifications.
12. Ensure manning levels meet operational requirements.

1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in HR management within a hotel or resort environment.
3. Strong knowledge of local regulations and HR management systems.
