- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with job requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Design job vacancies and announcements to attract top-tier candidates.
- Conduct timely and cost-effective recruitment using appropriate channels.
- Support and guide department heads in efficient resort-level recruitment.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct local and international recruitment initiatives.
- Manage post-interview feedback from department heads.
- Ensure recruitment aligns with approved levels, salaries, and benefits.
- Facilitate the work permit quota system and application process.
- Manage contract probationary evaluations and renewal processes.
- Assist in compiling and updating job descriptions and skill specifications.
- Ensure manning levels meet operational requirements.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of three years of experience in HR management within a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
A minimum of three years in Human Resources Management within a hotel or resort environment is required.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management.
