1. Lead the company's sustainability transformation focusing on environmental and social aspects, ensuring alignment with LVMH and Cheval Blanc values.
2. Conduct audits of current practices, evaluate risks, and identify areas for improvement.
3. Benchmark sustainability practices within the hospitality market and LVMH Group.
4. Manage cross-functional divisions and recruit the sustainability community and committees.
5. Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability roadmap with short, medium, and long-term goals.
6. Coordinate and animate sustainability projects across environmental, social, and governance domains.
7. Integrate sustainability considerations into development, construction, and procurement policies.
8. Establish and monitor performance indicators, evaluate the impact of actions, and oversee Earthcheck certifications.
9. Raise awareness and engage stakeholders in sustainability initiatives.
10. Develop training programs and communicate sustainability initiatives internally and externally.
11. Implement sustainability reporting tools and ensure data transparency and reliability.
12. Monitor regulatory and normative developments in sustainability.

1. Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Political Science, Business, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality, tourism, luxury, or a related agency.

1. Strong knowledge of sustainability standards, regulations, and certifications (CSRD, audits, certifications).
2. Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the hospitality, tourism, luxury sectors, or an agency supporting HCR in sustainability.

Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Political Science, Business, or equivalent.

Package includes base salary (commensurate with experience), performance bonus, and holding interest bonus.
