1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchens and workspaces under the supervision of the Chief Stewarding.
2. Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for all staff by adhering to H.A.C.C.P. standards and establishment procedures.
3. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, dishware, and team areas, including waste containers and designated waste areas.
4. Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, such as utensil washing machines.
5. Collect, sort, and dispose of waste while following selective sorting guidelines.
6. Assist in receiving goods and preliminary product preparation under the kitchen team's supervision.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
