1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchens and workspaces under the supervision of the Chief Stewarding.
2. Ensure a healthy and safe working environment for all staff members.
3. Adhere to H.A.C.C.P. standards and establishment procedures for cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, dishware, and staff areas.
4. Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, including dishwashing machines.
5. Collect, sort, and dispose of waste while following recycling guidelines.
6. Assist in receiving goods and preliminary product preparation under the kitchen team's supervision.

Entry-level experience in luxury hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
