1. Ensure all guest rooms and designated areas are maintained to the highest quality standards under the guidance of the Chief Maintenance Officer.
2. Perform electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, and plumbing tasks, including pool and pond maintenance.
3. Assist other maintenance personnel and external contractors as required by the maintenance management.
4. Respond courteously to guest inquiries, complaints, or requests.
5. Identify and rectify HVAC malfunctions in guest rooms and adjust HVAC units and controls.
6. Conduct systematic checks on all electrical appliances and circuits in guest rooms and perform necessary repairs.
7. Manage repairs and replacements of internal civil works, including bathroom marble tiles, painting, carpentry, and grouting.
8. Utilize various hand and power tools effectively.
9. Complete the Hotel Pitrizza Handyman preventive maintenance checklist and other maintenance records.
10. Maintain tools, workspaces, and equipment in good condition.
11. Perform electrical repair/maintenance tasks as needed, such as replacing faulty outlets and broken light bulbs.
12. Undertake tasks outside the scope of the position as required by the direct supervisor and/or Maintenance Director.
13. Adhere to food safety management system requirements and actively participate in environmental protection efforts, including reducing consumption and recycling.

1. Technical high school diploma or equivalent training.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or similar sector.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Fluent in English (verbal, written, reading, and listening); additional languages are preferred.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Proactive, reliable, and flexible.
6. Friendly, polite, and open-minded.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance roles within luxury hospitality or a similar field.

Technical high school diploma or equivalent training.
