1. Welcome guests according to hotel procedures and ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
2. Perform aesthetic and body treatments in accordance with protocols established with Christian Dior Parfums.
3. Facilitate sales of additional products and treatments to enhance revenue.
4. Maintain workspaces, including linens, care products, and refreshments.
5. Ensure confidentiality and discretion in guest interactions.
6. Anticipate and respond to guest needs to ensure maximum satisfaction.
7. Update guest profiles and maintain accurate records.
8. Participate in stock management and inventory control.
9. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
10. Communicate guest-related information and instructions to the team.
11. Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Certification in aesthetics or wellness (CAP, BEP, or BTS).
2. Knowledge of wellness and aesthetic care techniques.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Familiarity with Spa Booker software is advantageous.
3. Sales acumen.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
5. Ability to maintain a professional image and attitude.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a comparable establishment is preferred.

CAP, BEP, or BTS in aesthetics or related field.
