1. Provide personalized beauty consultations and recommend tailored treatment programs and products.
2. Master Guerlain facial and body protocols, including aesthetic treatments such as manicure, pedicure, waxing, and makeup.
3. Ensure adherence to Cheval Blanc and Leading Quality Assurance standards for each guest.
4. Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of treatment rooms, including setting the mood with fragrance, music, and temperature.
5. Apply hygiene and safety regulations, reporting any issues to management.
6. Manage spa operations, including opening and closing procedures, fitness area maintenance, and restocking of products and linens.
7. Promote the Cheval Blanc brand with enthusiasm and integrity.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven expertise in beauty and spa treatments.
