1. Advise guests on the selection of treatments and products, tailoring personalized care programs and recommending appropriate Guerlain products.
2. Master Guerlain facial and body protocols and aesthetic treatments such as manicure, pedicure, waxing, and makeup.
3. Ensure adherence to Cheval Blanc's Leading Quality Assurance standards for each guest.
4. Prepare the workspace, ensuring cleanliness and ambiance, including scent, music, and temperature, and maintaining tools and equipment.
5. Apply hygiene and safety regulations, report any malfunctions, and maintain personal hygiene standards.
6. Manage the spa's operations, including opening and closing procedures, fitness area maintenance, and product and linen restocking.
7. Promote the Maison with enthusiasm and integrity.

1. Proven expertise in beauty and spa treatments.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.

1. Proficiency in Guerlain beauty protocols.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or spa environments is required.

Relevant beauty or spa therapy certification.
