1. Advise clients on the selection of treatments and products, identifying needs and defining personalized care programs with finesse.
2. Master Guerlain facial and body protocols and aesthetic treatments such as manicures, pedicures, waxing, and makeup.
3. Supervise the maintenance and organization of treatment rooms, including stock management and cabin conditions.
4. Ensure the application of Cheval Blanc's high standards and Leading Quality Assurance standards for each guest.
5. Prepare workstations, ensuring cleanliness and ambiance with fragrance, music, and temperature adjustments.
6. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations, reporting any issues to management and maintaining personal hygiene standards.
7. Manage the SPA's operations, including opening and closing, fitness area, product restocking, and linen replenishment.
8. Promote the Maison with enthusiasm and integrity.
