1. Warmly welcome guests and assess their specific needs and expectations.
2. Conduct personalized diagnostics to offer tailored treatment programs.
3. Advise on suitable products and services, leveraging extensive knowledge of the brand.
4. Maintain meticulous administrative records of reservations and coordinate with the Spa Manager.
5. Perform facial and body treatments adhering to Guerlain protocols, using advanced techniques and equipment.
6. Provide additional aesthetic services such as pedicures, manicures, waxing, and makeup.
7. Ensure the cleanliness and calming atmosphere of treatment rooms, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

1. CAP/BEP/BAC PRO or BTS in Aesthetics
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar luxury spa environment

1. Proficiency in wellness and aesthetic treatment techniques
2. Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
3. Familiarity with Spa Booker software
4. Adherence to hygiene standards

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury spa setting is required.

CAP/BEP/BAC PRO or BTS in Aesthetics

Employees receive sales and treatment bonuses, accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals during working hours, provided and laundered uniforms, transportation costs covered (€100 each way), and the option of a bicycle loan under certain conditions.
