1. Diploma or equivalent from a reputable institution and certification as a Therapist.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Computer literacy, including working knowledge of Spa Connect.
5. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work flexible hours.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity within the luxury hospitality segment is required.
