1. Warmly welcome guests and identify their specific needs and expectations.
2. Conduct personalized diagnostics to offer tailored spa treatment programs.
3. Advise on appropriate products and services, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the brand.
4. Ensure meticulous administrative follow-up of reservations and coordinate with the Spa Manager.
5. Prepare the workspace with attention to cleanliness and a soothing ambiance, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

1. CAP/BEP/BAC PRO or BTS in Aesthetics
2. Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
3. Familiarity with luxury spa environments

1. Proficiency in Spa Booker software is advantageous

Accommodation and meals provided for the duration of the internship. Uniforms are supplied and laundered. Transportation costs covered up to €100 each way. Bicycle loan available under certain conditions. Work alongside passionate teams.
