- Greet and assist clients both over the phone and in-person according to hotel procedures.
- Handle billing and payment processes at the spa reception.
- Promote spa services, including boutique items, treatments, and fitness offerings, to enhance sales.
- Manage reservations via phone, internet, and in-person.
- Guide and settle guests into spa facilities, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth through upselling.
- Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Update guest profiles (Cardex) accurately.
- Prepare workspaces with necessary items such as linens, care products, and refreshments.
- Maintain equipment and participate in cleaning tasks, particularly in treatment rooms, following hotel standards.
- Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Communicate important guest information and instructions to the team.
- Report any unusual situations regarding guest or staff safety to management.
- Training in aesthetics.
- Proficiency in computer use.
