1. Greet and assist clients both over the phone and in-person according to hotel procedures.
2. Handle billing and payment processes at the spa reception.
3. Promote spa services, including boutique items, treatments, and fitness offerings, to enhance sales.
4. Manage reservations via phone, internet, and in-person.
5. Guide and settle guests into spa facilities, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
6. Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth through upselling.
7. Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
8. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to ensure optimal satisfaction.
9. Update guest profiles (Cardex) accurately.
10. Prepare workspaces with necessary items such as linens, care products, and refreshments.
11. Maintain equipment and participate in cleaning tasks, particularly in treatment rooms, following hotel standards.
12. Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
13. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
14. Communicate important guest information and instructions to the team.
15. Report any unusual situations regarding guest or staff safety to management.
