- Greet and assist clients both over the phone and in-person at the spa, adhering to hotel protocols.
- Handle billing and payment processes at the spa point of sale.
- Promote spa services and products, contributing to revenue growth through the sale of additional treatments and products.
- Manage reservations via phone, internet, and in-person.
- Guide and settle guests into the spa facilities.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and maximize sales of complementary products and services.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while fostering excellent guest relations.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Update guest profiles accurately in the system.
- Prepare workspaces, including linens, care products, and refreshments.
- Maintain equipment and participate in cleaning tasks, particularly in treatment rooms, following hotel procedures.
- Promote various hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Ensure seamless communication of guest-related information to the team.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- Training in aesthetics
- Proficiency in computer applications

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Training in aesthetics is required.
