1. Greet and assist clients both over the phone and in-person at the spa, adhering to hotel protocols.
2. Handle billing and payment processes at the spa point of sale.
3. Promote spa services and products, contributing to revenue growth through the sale of additional treatments and products.
4. Manage reservations via phone, internet, and in-person.
5. Guide and settle guests into the spa facilities.
6. Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and maximize sales of complementary products and services.
7. Maintain confidentiality and discretion while fostering excellent guest relations.
8. Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure optimal satisfaction.
9. Update guest profiles accurately in the system.
10. Prepare workspaces, including linens, care products, and refreshments.
11. Maintain equipment and participate in cleaning tasks, particularly in treatment rooms, following hotel procedures.
12. Promote various hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
13. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
14. Ensure seamless communication of guest-related information to the team.
15. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
