1. Greet and assist clients both over the phone and in person according to hotel procedures.
2. Handle billing and payment processes at the point of sale.
3. Promote spa services, including boutique items, treatments, and fitness options, to enhance sales.
4. Manage reservations via phone, internet, and on-site.
5. Guide and settle guests into the spa environment.
6. Advise guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage additional sales of products and services.
7. Maintain accurate billing following hotel protocols.
8. Foster excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
9. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure optimal satisfaction.

11. Prepare workspaces, including linens, care products, and refreshments.
12. Maintain equipment and participate in cleaning tasks, particularly in treatment rooms, following hotel standards.
